I’m Jonathan, and fitness didn’t just change my body, it changed my life.

There was a season in my life where everything fell apart. I lost the future I thought I was building, and it left me broken, confused, and trying to make sense of pain I couldn’t understand. I had success on the outside, but internally I was in one of the darkest places I had ever been.

That’s when God used fitness to reach me.

What started as early morning workouts with my brother became the place where my heart began to heal. In the gym, I learned discipline, resilience, self-control, and what it meant to keep showing up even when I didn’t feel like it. Fitness became more than physical training, it became a tool God used to shape me into the man I am today.

Through training, I learned how to deny comfort, embrace discomfort, and grow through pressure. It helped me walk away from destructive habits, build consistency, and develop the discipline to lead myself well in every area of life.

Fitness helped form me into the coach, husband, and man you see today. It taught me that growth happens when you keep going, especially on the days you want to quit.

I love fitness because of what it represents: discipline, healing, transformation, and the ability to become who God called you to be.

My coaching is about more than just getting you a physical result, it’s about helping you build a winning mindset and display the correlation between faith and fitness. We focus on the mental side just as much as the physical. Then we pair that with a sustainable plan for training and nutrition that fits your lifestyle, so you’re not constantly starting over, you’re building something you can maintain.

Will I have to give up the foods I love?

Not at all. We’ll build a plan that includes foods you enjoy in a way that still supports your goals, so we can achieve realistic and sustainable goals long-term.

I’ve tried so many things… how do I know this will work for me?

You’re not alone, and it doesn’t mean you “lack discipline.” Usually it’s because the plan wasn’t built for your real life. My job is to simplify the process, help you stay consistent, and make adjustments based on what’s actually happening week to week so you can finally see steady progress.

Will you make changes to my plan?

Absolutely. Coaching means adapting as you progress. Whether it’s your training, nutrition, or lifestyle, your plan is adjusted whenever needed to keep you moving toward your goals. You’ll never be stuck with a static program.
